TODO suggestion:

Looks like the newer kernels have dropped linux/videodev.h and linux/smp_lock.h. I tried just downloaded those headers and [surprise!] that doesn't work. As a TODO, I suggest using linux/videodev2.h and linux/smp.h.

FYI: using Fedora 15, 2.6.40-4.fc15.i686.PAE.
